Our Approach
Think of each multifamily property as it's own business. With any business you have to create
a plan that optimizes efficiency ultimately
driving profits but also building in contingencies to mitigate risks. Because even the most thorough plan can't always expect the unexpected.
That's where we apply the mindset, "bridge the gap". When a challenge arises we lead our problem solving with the question, "what bridge do we need to build to get from where we are to where we want to be?" It follows the sentiment that to every problem there is a solution, you just have to think it through. At BTG Capital Ventures we'd like to consider ourselves professional bridge builders.

With a passion for driving innovation and excellence across diverse industries, Alyssa thrives at the intersection of operations, strategy, and entrepreneurship. She brings to BTG Capital Ventures 6+ years of large scale event production and 4+ years of growing start ups, with her most recent position being Director of Operations for a multi million dollar apparel start up.
She transitioned to the world of real estate to leverage her experiences in managing intricate logistics and fostering strategic growth initiatives to pursue her career as an Acquisitions Specialist within the world of multifamily investments.
Manuel Joseph
Co Founder & Managing Partner
Manny brings 10+ years active duty in the US Air Force to the BTG Capital Ventures team. As an aviation specialist he spent much of his time leading cross-functional teams, managing high value assets, conducting safety and liability inspections and instructing operational efficiencies.
He transitioned to the world of real estate to leverage his experiences in the Air Force in pursuit of a career in Asset Management within the world of multifamily investments.
