This is the heart of the business plan! Our value add plans is how we bridge the gap between the properties current positioning and our desired one that allows for maximum returns. We define where we can add value to a property to force appreciation and ultimately the properties value. This could range from unit renovations to amenities like parks and even valet trash or storage options!
Once we have defined a business plan that we believe in, we bring in our investors, leverage relationships with brokers and asset managers and we move to close the deal! We take time to understand the seller as much as we do our investors. This allows us to submit an offer that appeals to all, improving our chances of securing the property. A good deal is a deal where everyone walks away feeling like they won!
